About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it feels like to see your work literally light up a city? As a Project Manager at City Liner LLC, you’ll orchestrate some of Dubai’s most eye-catching signage and wayfinding projects — from concept to completion. If you thrive on precision, teamwork, and turning creative visions into tangible results, this is your chance to make a visible impact in one of the region’s fastest-growing industries.

About City Liner LLC

At City Liner LLC, we don’t just make signs — we shape experiences across the UAE’s urban landscape. Our team is a tight-knit mix of designers, fabricators, and project leaders who take pride in their craft (and maybe in our legendary morning coffee rituals, too). We’re always on the lookout for people who value collaboration, creativity, and a job well done. As Dubai continues to evolve, so do we — constantly innovating to stay at the forefront of signage and wayfinding solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading multiple signage projects from initial brief to final installation, ensuring every detail aligns with client expectations.
  • Coordinating with designers, production teams, and installation crews to keep timelines (and tempers) on track.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients — updating them, addressing concerns, and translating their needs into actionable plans.
  • Preparing project schedules, budgets, and regular status reports to keep everyone in the loop.
  • Managing site visits and quality checks, because you know the devil’s in the details.
  • Navigating permits and approvals with local authorities — a little paperwork never scared you.
  • Proactively identifying risks and troubleshooting issues before they turn into real problems.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Proven experience managing projects in signage, construction, fit-out, or a closely related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and a knack for juggling multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
  • Excellent communication — you’re clear, concise, and diplomatic with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Familiarity with project management tools or software.
  • Ability to work in Dubai and adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Technical know-how in signage materials, fabrication, or installation processes.
  • UAE driving license.
  • Experience navigating Dubai’s permitting and approval procedures.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Supportive, collaborative team that values ideas from every corner of the room.
  • Opportunities to work on some of Dubai’s most high-profile projects — your work will be hard to miss!
  • Flexible approach to work-life balance (we know life happens outside the office, too).
  • Ongoing training and professional development — we want you to grow with us.
  • Regular team gatherings, project celebrations, and (yes) plenty of good coffee.

At City Liner, you won’t just manage projects — you’ll leave your mark on the city. Join a company where every day brings new challenges, achievements, and the satisfaction of seeing your projects come to life.

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

For a Project Manager role in the signage, fit-out, or construction sector in Dubai, you should expect a salary of at least 10,000–15,000 AED per month, depending on your level of experience and technical expertise. Similar positions in this industry often offer additional benefits such as transportation allowance or annual bonuses, so it’s reasonable to discuss these during your negotiation.
