What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily maintenance activities across multiple properties; no two days look the same
- Leading, training, and motivating a team of skilled technicians—helping them grow, too
- Responding swiftly to urgent maintenance issues and troubleshooting as needed
- Scheduling and prioritizing both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
- Inspecting sites and systems regularly to ensure safety, compliance, and top-notch operation
- Liaising with vendors, contractors, and suppliers—negotiating when needed
- Keeping clear records of maintenance activities, costs, and incidents for reporting purposes
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Currently residing in the UAE and available for an immediate start
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in maintenance supervision, preferably within contracting or property management
- Solid technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Past experience leading teams in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Strong communication skills, with workable English (other languages a plus)
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, plans, and work orders
Nice-to-Haves:
- Recognized technical diploma or related certifications
- Prior experience managing maintenance within the Dubai market
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental standards in the UAE
