What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling a wide range of maintenance and finishing work inside villas and commercial buildings—think everything from patching walls to sprucing up interiors.
- Installing and repairing gypsum board partitions, ceiling tiles, and related structures with careful attention to detail.
- Rolling up your sleeves for professional painting tasks, ensuring clean lines and a polished finish every time.
- Tackling basic electrical fixes—lights, switches, sockets—and assisting with larger electrical team projects as needed.
- Addressing straightforward plumbing repairs: replacing fittings, fixing leaks, and troubleshooting common issues.
- Supporting air conditioning maintenance, from filter replacements to minor servicing, keeping the cool air flowing all summer.
- Responding to service calls with efficiency, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude, because most days here are anything but routine.
- Keeping track of materials used and flagging when stock is low, so the next job is never delayed.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Proven hands-on experience in general maintenance and finishing works—your CV stories should walk us through the jobs you’ve tackled.
- Solid skills across gypsum board, painting, basic electrical, and plumbing jobs; some background in AC maintenance is important too.
- Ability to work independently, organize your workload, and communicate clearly with both your team and clients.

- Willingness to travel across Sharjah as projects require.
