What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily site operations from groundwork through project completion, especially on landscaping and gardening initiatives
- Collaborating closely with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure all aspects meet project specs and timeline
- Preparing and reviewing technical drawings, cost estimates, and material selections for both civil works and landscape elements
- Managing site teams and delegating tasks to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality delivery
- Liaising with local authorities to secure necessary permits and ensure compliance with Ajman’s construction regulations
- Solving on-the-ground challenges as they arise — whether it’s a tricky irrigation layout or sourcing that perfect grade of soil
- Keeping thorough records and regularly reporting progress to senior management
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (accredited institution)
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience working in the UAE construction contracting sector
- Strong expertise in landscaping and gardening works — you know your palms from your pavers
- Comfortable working directly with Ajman and UAE local authorities; you understand the paperwork dance
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with sustainable or eco-friendly landscaping
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design software
- Fluency in both English and Arabic
