What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)
- Install marble floors and stairs with precision and attention to detail — from pattern layout to the final polish.
- Prepare and fix driveways using the right materials and best practices to ensure lasting, beautiful results.
- Collaborate with team members (craftsmen and workers alike) to complete projects efficiently and safely.
- Read and interpret project plans or technical drawings to make sure every measurement and cut is spot on.
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup — everyone pitches in to keep jobs running smoothly.
- Support craftsmen in day-to-day tasks (for workers), from mixing adhesives to carrying materials or operating basic tools.
- Maintain high safety standards and follow company protocols at every stage of the project.
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and teammates to troubleshoot issues or improve workflow — your voice matters here.
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience in marble installation, stair work, or driveway finishing (for craftsmen roles).
- Reliable work ethic and willingness to be part of a team (for both craftsmen and workers).
- Valid residence permit for the UAE — or willingness to obtain one (we’ll assist for government fees only).
- Ability to follow instructions, work to deadlines, and uphold safety standards.
- Basic ability to communicate in English or Arabic.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in Dubai or the Gulf region.
- Familiarity with advanced marble cutting tools or techniques.
- Eagerness to learn new skills and take on more responsibility over time.
