About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Ever wondered what it’s like to be the face of a growing brand in one of the busiest commercial hubs in the UAE? That’s exactly the kind of energy we’re bringing to our team in Abu Hail, Dubai. We’re on the lookout for a Marketing Executive who isn’t just comfortable behind a screen — but who genuinely enjoys getting out there, shaking hands, and driving results in person. If you've got a valid manual driving license and a knack for negotiation, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

About the Company

We’re a steadily growing company with a hands-on approach to business. No two days look the same here — one morning you’re planning a campaign, the next you’re out meeting a potential partner who could change the game. Our office in Abu Hail is buzzing with a mix of seasoned pros and people who still get excited about a well-closed deal. We’re not a mega-corporation with layers of red tape. Instead, we move fast, we back our people, and we appreciate real initiative. If you're looking for a place where your effort actually gets noticed, you'll feel right at home.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Taking ownership of client relationships — from the first cold call to the final handshake. You’ll be the one they remember.
  • Scouting new business opportunities across Dubai and the Northern Emirates, which means you’ll need to be comfortable on the road, navigating and pitching along the way.
  • Presenting our products and services to potential clients — sometimes in a boardroom, sometimes at a café, always with polish.
  • Negotiating terms that work for both sides, without burning bridges. Your ability to read people will be your biggest asset.
  • Tracking your own performance — we won't micromanage, but we do expect you to know your numbers, follow up on leads, and close the loop.
  • Working closely with our internal team to align marketing campaigns with what’s actually moving the needle in the field.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Proven experience in marketing or business development — we’d love to see what you’ve already achieved in the field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you know how to talk to people, and just as importantly, how to listen.
  • Strong customer-handling skills — you’ve dealt with tough clients and come out smiling.
  • A valid UAE manual driving license — this is non-negotiable, since you’ll be driving to client sites regularly.
  • Target-oriented mindset — you thrive when there’s a clear goal and you’re not afraid to go after it.
  • Self-motivated spirit — you don’t wait to be told what to do; you just get on with it.

Nice-to-Haves

  • UAE experience — already familiar with the local market, the culture, and how business is done here.
  • Bilingual ability — Arabic or Hindi would be a definite plus in this region.
  • Industry-specific knowledge — if you’ve sold something similar before, even better.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you. Fit and attitude matter just as much as a polished CV.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary based on your experience — and if you perform, there’s room to grow.
  • Fuel and transport allowances — because we know you’re using your car for work, and that shouldn’t come out of your pocket.
  • A genuinely supportive team culture — people here help each other win; it’s not every person for themselves.
  • Hands-on experience in a fast-moving market — you’ll learn more in a year here than you might in five at a slower-paced company.
  • Real career progression opportunities — we’d rather promote from within than hire outside.

All in all, this is a role for someone who wants to be in the driver’s seat — literally and metaphorically. You’ll get the freedom to make things happen, the support of a tight-knit team, and the satisfaction of seeing your own effort turn into results. If that sounds like you

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

Based on the field-heavy nature and the requirement for proven marketing and business development experience, similar roles in Dubai typically offer a monthly salary between AED 5,000 and 8,000. Since a manual driving license and regular travel are non-negotiable here, don't settle for less than AED 5,000 as a starting point—especially with the promised fuel allowance on top. If you bring strong negotiation skills and a few solid results to the table, aiming toward the AED 7,000 mark is completely reasonable for a mid-level hire.
