About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Looking for your next challenge in mechanical engineering—and craving a work setting that’s as dynamic as Abu Dhabi itself? We’re searching for an experienced Mechanical Engineer who’s passionate about HVAC systems and thrives amidst both design blueprints and bustling construction sites. We’re known for delivering complex developments that shape the city skyline—and for always having each other’s backs. Growth here is more than a buzzword: it happens day-to-day, as you innovate, collaborate across disciplines, and see your solutions come to life in steel and air.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking ownership of HVAC system designs, from initial study through to site supervision, ensuring efficiency and reliability at every step.
- Closely overseeing project execution, making sure installation aligns with drawings, specifications, and UAE/regional standards.
- Preparing material requisitions and technical submittals with sharp attention to detail (and a knack for getting the paperwork right the first time).
- Collaborating with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to iron out technical queries, resolve issues, and keep the project moving forward.
- Conducting technical and commercial evaluations to support sound, well-informed decision-making.
- Keeping an eye out for value engineering opportunities—suggesting tweaks and improvements that benefit both client and company.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 5 years of hands-on mechanical engineering experience in the UAE market.
- Demonstrated expertise in HVAC systems (design, study, and on-site supervision).
- Solid understanding of UAE building codes, safety practices, and industry standards in MEP.
- Strong communication skills—both for team discussions and stakeholder meetings.
- Proven ability to manage project execution and drive compliance with documented standards.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working on large-scale commercial or mixed-use developments.
- Familiarity with sustainability standards or LEED certification processes.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
