What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading daily site activities for all MEP-related work, ensuring projects are moving seamlessly.
- Coordinating between contractors, engineers, and the client to keep everyone informed and aligned.
- Monitoring site installation and workmanship to make sure quality and safety standards aren’t just met—they’re exceeded.
- Troubleshooting issues as they arise (because something always does), and finding on-the-spot solutions.
- Keeping a keen eye on project timelines, pushing progress, and reporting status updates back to management.
- Conducting regular site inspections and maintaining meticulous site records and reports.
- Supporting the project manager in planning sequences, logistics, and resource allocation.
- Ensuring full compliance with Abu Dhabi health, safety, and environmental regulations.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience supervising MEP works, ideally in the UAE.
- Solid technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Strong leadership skills—you know how to motivate teams and keep communication flowing.
