What You’ll Be Doing
- Answering and directing incoming calls with professionalism and a friendly touch.
- Greeting clients and visitors, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed from the moment they walk in.
- Managing and organizing physical and digital files, so nothing ever goes missing.
- Handling daily mail distribution, deliveries, and essential errands around the office.
- Updating documents, paperwork, and maintaining simple records — you’ll be our organizational backbone!
- Ordering and keeping track of office supplies—somehow you always know when we're running low on coffee!
- Supporting colleagues with ad-hoc administrative tasks—you'll be the first person people turn to when something needs doing.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in an office, admin, or clerical role (even if it was a short stint—everyone starts somewhere!).
- Comfortable communicating in English, both speaking and writing.
- Welcoming attitude, quick smile, and a knack for making people feel at ease.
