What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting visitors with a warm smile and ensuring everyone feels welcome the moment they step in
- Keeping our front desk organized and managing phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
- Handling clerical tasks: filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining document accuracy
- Creating and maintaining both digital and physical filing systems that keep the office humming
- Lending a hand with supplies management—ordering, tracking, and ensuring we never run out of the essentials
- Supporting colleagues and leadership with ad-hoc administrative projects (no two days are exactly alike)
- Helping to keep shared spaces tidy and organized—after all, a clear space leads to a clear mind
- Pitching in to coordinate meetings, appointments, and the occasional office celebration
What You’ll Bring
