What You’ll Be Doing

  • Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and refreshments for both staff and office guests (yes, even the occasional surprise treat on a busy day)
  • Keeping all areas—including the pantry, meeting rooms, and common spaces—spotless and organized, so everyone feels at ease
  • Monitoring office supplies and making sure nothing runs out (you’ll be the person who saves the day when the printer paper is running low!)
  • Assisting with basic admin support—helping with document sorting, light filing, and simple tasks as directed
