About the Company
We’re a growing recruitment consultancy with a knack for connecting talent with opportunity — and a team that genuinely enjoys working together. Sure, we take our work seriously (just ask us about our candidate success stories), but there's plenty of warmth and laughter in our office, too. Our Barsha branch is a lively spot, where colleagues value collaboration, quick thinking, and those who don’t mind helping with everything from a last-minute scheduling change to welcoming a nervous job applicant with a cup of tea. Here, details matter, but so does kindness – it’s just how we operate.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting all visitors with a professional, approachable manner and ensuring their needs are swiftly attended to.
- Answering incoming phone calls, directing them to the right team members, and taking clear, detailed messages when needed.
- Managing appointment bookings and meeting schedules using our in-house calendar system; making sure the day flows smoothly for everyone.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence — yes, physical and digital!
- Maintaining a tidy, organized reception and front office area; think of it as your domain (and the office’s first impression).
- Assisting with occasional administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, or helping prep for company events.
- Playing a part in maintaining our welcoming office atmosphere — you’ll know when to step in to help out, even if it’s just watering the plants.

- Friendly, positive attitude and genuine care for others’ experiences.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in a reception, administrative, or customer-facing role.

- A knack for picking up new systems or tech quickly.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
