If you love being the go-to person and enjoy a role where every day feels a little different, you might just be our next great find.

About the Company

Nestled in one of Abu Dhabi’s most vibrant neighborhoods, our company is a blend of modern ambition and friendly teamwork. We’re a close-knit crew who believe in making our workplace both productive and genuinely welcoming. Here, morning catch-ups and the occasional international snack day aren’t just perks—they’re part of our DNA. We value clear communication, respect for every background, and a shared drive to deliver exceptional service to our international clientele.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all phone calls and emails—no two queries are ever quite the same!
  • Managing appointment schedules and ensuring meetings run like clockwork.
  • Coordinating meetings (sometimes across time zones), preparing agendas, and taking clear, actionable notes.
  • Maintaining accurate office records—think files, documents, and a digital calendar that’s always up-to-date.
  • Supporting general office operations: from ordering supplies to liaising with vendors, you’ll keep the wheels turning.
  • Creating a warm, professional atmosphere for visitors and staff alike.
  • Pitching in with any ad-hoc administrative duties as they arise—flexibility is key.

What You’ll Bring

  • Must-Haves:

    • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
    • Highly organized, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
    • Presentable and professional demeanor (you’ll often be the first impression!).
    • Experience with office software (think Outlook, Word, Excel, and similar tools).
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Nice-to-Haves:

    • Proficiency in a European, Russian, or Ukrainian language.
    • Previous experience in an international or multicultural office setting.
    • A knack for anticipating what needs to be done before anyone even asks.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary package and annual leave benefits.
  • Modern office with stunning views of Al Reem Island.
  • Supportive, multicultural team—where every voice is heard and valued.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and hands-on learning.
  • Regular team lunches, coffee breaks, and the occasional celebration (we do love a good birthday cake).
  • Convenient location, easily accessible by public transport.

At the end of the day, we’re all about creating an environment where you can do your best work—and enjoy doing it. If you’re ready to bring energy and organization to a team that truly appreciates it, we can’t wait to meet you.
