About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Ever dreamed of being part of the UAE’s most exciting property boom, but from the ground floor of something genuinely special? This isn’t just another listing job. We’re on the hunt for an experienced off-plan sales agent who can navigate the nuances of Ajman, Sharjah, Dubai, and Ras Al-Khaimah with their eyes closed. If you’re the kind of person who thrives on the thrill of a new project launch and has the hustle to match, this could be the perfect next chapter for your career.
About the Company
We’re a boutique real estate firm that’s growing at a pace that honestly surprises even us. While the big corporate players are busy chasing volume, we’ve built our reputation on something a little different: genuine relationships and a sharp eye for emerging markets. Our team is a tight-knit group of go-getters who celebrate wins together (yes, there’s often cake involved) and share leads like they’re hot gossip. We’re not about micromanagement; we’re about giving you the tools, the listings, and the trust to go out and make things happen. If you’re looking for a place where your opinion actually matters and your commission isn’t just a number on a screen, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)
- Converting inbound leads from Bayut, Dubizzle, and our digital campaigns into qualified buyers—this is your bread and butter, and we expect you to treat every inquiry like gold.
- Managing the full sales cycle from the very first "hello" to the signing of the SPA, including coordinating with our legal and handover teams to ensure a seamless process for the client.
- Staying ahead of the curve on off-plan projects across Ajman, Sharjah, Dubai, and RAK—you’ll know the payment plans, the developers, and the ROI potential before your competitors even open their brochures.
- Hosting site visits that feel more like a guided tour than a sales pitch. We want you to be the expert who can point out the view from the 14th floor and the future community park in the same sentence.
- Maintaining a healthy pipeline in our CRM, because we know that today’s "just browsing" lead is often next month’s signed contract.
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
Must-Haves:
- A proven track record in off-plan sales across the UAE (we’ll want to hear about your numbers, not just your years).
- A valid RERA card or the ability to get one sorted quickly.
- Deep, working knowledge of the Ajman, Sharjah, Dubai, and RAK markets—you know the difference between a good deal and a great one.
- Strong negotiation skills and the confidence to handle objections without breaking a sweat.
- A valid driver’s license and your own car, because site visits are a daily occurrence.
Nice-to-Haves:
- An existing database of investors or buyers you can tap into from day one.
- Fluency in Arabic, Russian, or Chinese is a huge plus, given our diverse clientele.
- Experience using CRM tools and digital marketing funnels to nurture leads.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you. If you’ve got the hunger and the drive, we can teach the rest.
Why You’ll Love Working Here (Benefits & Perks)
- Industry-leading commission splits that actually reward your hard work—we’re not here to shortchange you.
- Flexible working hours that respect your schedule. We care about results, not about how many hours you spend staring at a screen.
- Exclusive off-plan inventory that gives you a genuine edge over agents at other agencies.
- Marketing support that includes professional photography, social media campaigns, and lead generation—so you can focus on selling, not self-promoting.
- A collaborative team culture where senior agents genuinely want to see you succeed, not just compete with you.
At the end of the day, we want you to feel like this is your business, not just your job. You’ll have the freedom to build your brand, the support to close deals, and the financial rewards to make it all worthwhile. If this sounds like the kind of environment where you’d thrive, we’d love to meet you.
Common Interview Questions and Tips

- Tell me about a deal that fell through at the last minute. What happened, and how did you bounce back—both in terms of the client relationship and
