About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Ever found yourself orchestrating logistics like a symphony conductor, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes? As our next Operations Executive, you'll be right at the heart of our fast-growing transport company—ensuring every ride, route, and regulation comes together without a hitch. We're looking for someone who truly knows the ins and outs of Dubai and Abu Dhabi’s roads (tolls included!), and who thrives on a challenge. If you love problem-solving in real time and enjoy connecting with a diverse set of people, this could be your next big step.
About the Company
Ours is a team that hustles for each other just as much as we do for our customers. We’re a tight-knit group, powered by a shared commitment to reliability and trust—a must in the world of transport. Whether it’s a quick team check-in over chai (our founder swears it’s brain fuel) or a weekly roundtable to swap stories from the road, we value open communication and real support. We’re growing quickly, adapting to both the demands of the city and the spirit of our team. Here, everyone has a role in steering us forward.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating daily transport schedules for Dubai and Abu Dhabi Mussafah routes, making sure every vehicle follows the plan.
- Communicating fluently with drivers and clients in Urdu, Hindi, and English—making sure everyone’s on the same page, even on the busiest days.
- Managing compliance with UAE transport regulations, including all local toll requirements (yes, Salik and Mussafah included).
- Troubleshooting on-the-ground issues as they arise—think of it as mini fire-fighting, every day.
- Keeping accurate records of fleet movement, deliveries, and operational expenses.
- Liaising with authorities, suppliers, and service providers as needed to keep operations legal and efficient.
- Proposing and implementing process improvements to make daily operations smoother, faster, and more cost-effective.
- Supporting the team with occasional weekend or after-hours logistics coordination (when the unexpected pops up—because in transport, it always does).
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Experience working in transport operations, especially within the UAE.
- Strong, up-to-date knowledge of transport regulations and toll systems specific to Dubai and Abu Dhabi Mussafah.
- Full professional fluency in Urdu, Hindi, and English (verbal and written).
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills—there’s a lot of moving parts!
- Confidence communicating with everyone, from drivers to clients to local authorities.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience supervising a team or handling complex logistics independently.
- Familiarity with fleet management software or related technology.
- A knack for finding creative solutions when roadblocks (literal or figurative) arise.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here (Benefits & Perks)

- Opportunities for on-the-job learning and career advancement—the more you know, the more you’ll grow.
- Friendly, multicultural team that truly looks out for each other.
