What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating and managing daily delivery operations, ensuring smooth order flow from dispatch to doorstep
- Overseeing and guiding our team of drivers, offering support, troubleshooting issues, and stepping in when things get bumpy
- Keeping a sharp eye on completion rates—analyzing performance, identifying gaps, and celebrating successes
- Resolving customer concerns quickly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities for delight
- Creating, reviewing, and submitting detailed performance reports for management, with insights and recommendations
- Working hand-in-hand with leadership to develop and improve operational strategies as our company grows
- Playing a key role in daily problem-solving, sometimes rolling up your sleeves when the unexpected happens
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in a delivery operations or logistics management role, ideally within the UAE
- Excellent organizational skills—you’re comfortable juggling multiple tasks and timelines
- Strong problem-solving instincts, especially when it comes to resolving delivery or customer-related issues
- Clear communication skills (Arabic and/or English), with the ability to guide drivers and reassure customers alike
- Data-driven mindset; you know your way around performance reports and operational KPIs
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with last-mile delivery challenges specific to Ajman or similar UAE environments
- Experience implementing new operational strategies or tech in a logistics setting
