About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Looking for steady work as a painter without the usual long hours? Here’s an opportunity you might not want to miss. We’re seeking a dedicated Painter to join our team in Mussafah 16, Abu Dhabi. What sets this job apart? You’ll work a maximum of just 15 days per month—and the remaining time is yours. If you’re looking for reliability, a clear schedule, and a supportive crew, let’s talk.

About the Company

Based in the busy industrial hub near Al Nasser Al Masri Trading, our company is a long-standing player in Abu Dhabi’s facilities and maintenance scene. Although we’re serious about quality, we keep things relaxed and friendly—no stuffy corporate routines here. Team lunches often spark lively conversations (and a bit of friendly competition over who can finish the spiciest dish). We believe in taking care of our people, and that’s reflected in how we handle accommodation, transport, and daily life. Your well-being is just as important to us as your painting skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver clean, precise painting finishes on various residential and commercial properties.
  • Prepare surfaces by sanding, filling, and priming as needed—quality prep leads to better results!
  • Follow daily instructions from the site supervisor and coordinate timings with fellow crew members.
  • Keep your workspace tidy and ensure all equipment is cared for after each project.
  • Report any on-site issues or supply needs promptly—communication is key here.
  • Complete painting assignments within the allocated 15 working days each month.
  • Embrace flexibility, using free days to rest or pursue personal interests.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Valid personal visa and Emirates ID (company will provide the next visa renewal).
  • Some professional painting experience — speed is good, but attention to detail is better.
  • Willingness to work in Mussafah 16, Abu Dhabi.
  • Good physical stamina; painting sometimes means stretching, bending, and standing for a few hours.
  • Team spirit and reliability — we count on each other to get the job done.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Knowledge of different paints and surface treatments.
  • Basic conversational skills in English, Hindi, or Arabic.
  • Experience working in the UAE construction or maintenance sector.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Company-paid accommodation, transport, and meals—no need to worry about daily expenses.
  • Simple monthly schedule: Work just half the month, rest the other half. Most months, that's 15 days on, 15 days off.
  • Clear pay: AED1300/month, paid on time.
  • Visa support: When it’s time to renew, we’ve got you covered.
  • Supportive environment: You’ll join a tight-knit crew who help each other and, yes, share a laugh or two on site.
  • Prime location: Our base in Mussafah means shops, markets, and essentials are always close by.

We know what matters—steady work, respect, and time for yourself. If you’re ready for a job that gives you both structure and freedom, this could be the perfect fit.
