What You’ll Be Doing
- Making outbound calls to a targeted list of potential customers, introducing our services and sparking their interest
- Listening closely to customer needs and helping them understand exactly how we can deliver value
- Handling incoming calls as needed, addressing questions with accuracy and care
- Troubleshooting problems, resolving issues quickly, and always following up to ensure satisfaction
- Keeping detailed and organized records of your calls, leads, and outcomes
- Collaborating with team members to sharpen your pitch, share insights, and brainstorm creative solutions
- Hitting—and, ideally, exceeding—your monthly sales and customer engagement targets
- Maintaining a positive, energetic phone presence, even during the busiest days
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Confident, friendly phone manner—you genuinely enjoy talking with people
- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field (even a few months goes a long way)
- Good spoken and written English; Arabic or other language skills are a plus
- Strong organization—you’re comfortable tracking calls, updating logs, and managing follow-ups
- The ability to think on your feet and problem-solve in the moment
- Motivation to meet (and beat) goals without constant supervision
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with CRM software or call center systems
- Experience working in or around the Jebel Ali area
