About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever found yourself marveling at the underground network that keeps a city thriving? As a Pipe Fitter on our UAE infrastructure projects, you’ll get a front-row seat — and a vital role — in building the pipelines that keep communities running. If you thrive on hands-on, practical work and take pride in seeing the results every time you turn on the tap or see a clean street after the rain, this is your opportunity to make a genuine impact, all while working alongside some of the best in the business.

About the Company

We’re a fast-growing infrastructure firm in the UAE, known for tackling some of the region’s most ambitious utility and civil engineering projects. Our team is a lively mix of seasoned experts and eager newcomers, all bound by a shared commitment to quality and safety. We’ve built our reputation on collaboration — whether it’s bouncing ideas off each other at our weekly project huddles or simply sharing stories over a cup of strong Arabic coffee at the job site. Reliability, respect, and a willingness to go the extra mile define us.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Installing, adjusting, and securely fixing pipelines for vital water, drainage, and sewerage networks across diverse project sites
  • Carefully reading and interpreting technical drawings and pipeline system layouts to ensure every pipe goes exactly where it should
  • Measuring, cutting, threading, and welding pipes — precision and craftsmanship matter as much as muscle here
  • Coordinating with engineers, supervisors, and fellow crew members to guarantee seamless installation and problem-solving on the fly
  • Conducting pressure tests and system checks to verify connections are leak-free and compliant with industry codes
  • Following strict safety procedures and keeping your work area organized, because getting everyone home safely is non-negotiable

What You’ll Bring

  • Solid hands-on experience as a Pipe Fitter, ideally on infrastructure or utility projects (water, drainage, sewerage)
  • The ability to confidently read and interpret technical drawings and work plans — attention to detail is key
  • Skilled in cutting, threading, and welding pipes (variety of materials: steel, PVC, ductile iron, etc.)
  • Knowledge of local safety protocols and practices, with a commitment to working safely at all times
  • Team player attitude — you’re as comfortable communicating with engineers as with your fellow fitters
  • Flexibility to adapt as the project demands shift (because in construction, they always do!)

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Highly competitive, experience-based salary—plus overtime for those who never want to leave a job half-finished
  • Steady, ongoing work on major, high-profile projects in the UAE’s booming infrastructure sector
  • Strong emphasis on practical training, skill development, and safety — we invest in you so you can work smart and go home safe
  • Supportive, multicultural team where everyone’s contribution is respected (and where laughs on-site aren’t in short supply)
  • PPE provided, plus access to modern equipment and the latest tools of the trade
  • Opportunities for advancement within a company that truly values hardworking tradespeople

In short, it’s a workplace where your expertise is respected, your impact is visible, and your professional growth is taken seriously. If you’re ready to pitch in and help us lay the groundwork for the cities of tomorrow, we can’t wait to meet you.
