What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing, assembling, and maintaining a variety of plumbing systems on active construction sites in Dubai
- Reading and interpreting blueprints to ensure precise placement and compliance
- Identifying and diagnosing plumbing issues, proposing effective solutions on the spot
- Collaborating closely with other trades, site managers, and subcontractors to keep projects running smoothly
- Ensuring all work meets local building codes and quality standards
- Troubleshooting unexpected challenges (they always pop up, don’t they?) and keeping your cool even when deadlines get tight
- Maintaining clear communication with HQ in Mussafah 2 for progress updates and team coordination
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in construction and plumbing projects (residential, commercial, or both)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and work effectively under pressure

- Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for finding solutions no matter how tough the job
Nice-to-Haves
- Prior experience as a subcontractor or leading small teams
