What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborate closely with the Private Label Coordinator to manage perfume orders from initial brief to final delivery.
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm material availability, gather samples, and track incoming shipments.
- Organize and update client information, order specs, and production schedules, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Liaise with internal teams — from product development to logistics — to ensure smooth handovers and timely progress.
- Assist in preparing project documentation: order forms, production checklists, and packaging instructions.
- Monitor order timelines and proactively follow up on potential delays or bottlenecks.
- Support quality checks, helping to ensure finished products meet brand and client expectations.
