What You’ll Be Doing
- Reading and interpreting detailed shop drawings, turning technical specs into beautifully crafted reality
- Cutting, shaping, and assembling custom furniture, wardrobes, cabinets, and kitchen fittings with precision and care
- Selecting and working with solid woods, veneers, MDF, and specialized hardware to meet client specifications
- Collaborating with other workshop artisans and fit-out teams to ensure smooth project flow from start to finish
- Finishing and inspecting completed items with a perfectionist’s eye for quality and detail — because “good enough” isn’t in your vocabulary
- Sometimes, lending your expertise during on-site fit-outs and installations for our most complex commissions
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Solid hands-on experience in joinery/cabinetry, especially custom-made pieces and furniture manufacturing
- Ability to accurately read and implement shop drawings, sketches, and technical details
- Skilled in using woodworking machinery, hand tools, and assembly techniques
- A meticulous, quality-driven approach — you catch details others might miss
- Team spirit: you’re comfortable collaborating with colleagues and contributing ideas
