About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Are you the kind of person who thrives on seeing a vision come to life, right down to the finishing touches? We’re currently searching for a seasoned Project Coordinator/Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, Al Husn. This isn’t just another construction job — you’ll be at the heart of high-quality interior fit out projects, with a special focus on BIM and bespoke joinery. If managing multiple moving parts (and subcontractors) is your idea of a good day, you might just be who we’re looking for.

About the Company

We’re a tight-knit, passionate team dedicated to transforming spaces across the UAE, one project at a time. What makes us different? For starters, we genuinely care about craftsmanship — the small details matter just as much as the big picture. Our office vibe is collaborative, energetic, and a little bit obsessed with creative problem-solving. Don’t be surprised if you find yourself swapping site stories over coffee, or brainstorming solutions with colleagues who’ve become friends. Here, Friday project walkthroughs are a must, and celebrating a job well done isn’t just encouraged — it’s expected.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing interior fit out projects from inception to handover, ensuring every detail meets our exacting standards.
  • Coordinating multiple subcontractors simultaneously, keeping everyone on track and aligned with project timelines.
  • Utilizing your BIM expertise to streamline project planning, execution, and communication — it’s your secret weapon for efficiency.
  • Managing all aspects of joinery works, from technical drawings through to installation — you know the difference between good and great craftsmanship.
  • Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and maintain our standard of quality.
  • Liaising with clients, architects, and suppliers to keep everyone in the loop and projects moving forward.
  • Maintaining up-to-date project documentation and reports — because details matter.
  • Identifying risks and resolving them before they become problems, always thinking two steps ahead.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • At least 5 years of UAE-based experience in project coordination or management within the interior fit out sector.
  • Proven expertise in BIM (Building Information Modeling) and joinery — both are non-negotiable.
  • A track record of handling multiple subcontractors and complex schedules without breaking a sweat.
  • Strong communication skills, both with teams on-site and stakeholders off-site.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with Abu Dhabi regulations and local suppliers.
  • Experience with luxury or bespoke fit outs.
  • Working knowledge of Arabic.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary tailored to your experience and skills.
  • Residency visa sponsorship — we handle the paperwork so you can focus on the work.
  • Join a team that values quality, creativity, and mutual support over hierarchy and red tape.
  • Opportunities to lead high-profile projects that challenge and inspire you.
  • A collaborative, informal culture where your ideas really do make a difference.
  • Convenient Abu Dhabi Al Husn location, with plenty of on-site action (and good coffee to fuel your day).

At the end of the day, we’re proud of what we build and the people who build it. If you’re ready to take your fit out career to the next level, we can’t wait to meet you.
