About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever found yourself fascinated by the buzz of building something real and lasting? As our next Project Manager in Barsha, Dubai, you’ll be right at the heart of the action—helping guide exciting construction projects from the first shovel in the ground to the final handover. This is your chance to take the reins (no UAE experience required!) and grow your career with a company that believes new perspectives are essential to building the future.

About the Company

We’re a hands-on, community-minded construction company rooted in Barsha, with projects that shape the evolving skyline of Dubai. Our team is a mix of seasoned industry pros and energetic newcomers—collaboration is our superpower, and we genuinely celebrate each completed project (and sometimes over extra-large coffees). We thrive on clear communication, neat problem-solving, and helping our team step confidently into new opportunities. If you value trust, teamwork, and seeing tangible results, you’ll likely feel right at home.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation so that every build stays on track
  • Serving as the day-to-day point person between engineers, contractors, and the client—think of yourself as the puzzle master
  • Ensuring materials arrive on-site (and, if something’s missing, rolling up your sleeves to find a fix)
  • Monitoring budgets and timelines, keeping everyone looped in about progress or challenges
  • Facilitating clear, concise site meetings to align teams and resolve onsite questions
  • Supporting smooth handovers and thorough documentation as each project wraps up
  • Spotting opportunities for efficiency and better teamwork—fresh ideas encouraged!

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience managing or coordinating construction projects (we don’t require UAE-specific experience)
  • Strong organizational and communication chops—written and spoken English matter here
  • Team-first mindset and coolness under pressure
  • A genuine drive to learn, adapt, and make things better

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with construction software or project management tools
  • Conversational Arabic (helpful, but not essential)
  • Previous work in multicultural or rapidly-growing teams

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • AED 6,000–7,000 monthly salary (paid reliably!)
  • Two-year residency permit and renewable contract—your future is secure here
  • Health insurance so you can focus on the job, not medical bills
  • All required government paperwork and onboarding support (so no mysteries)
  • Diverse team, approachable management, and a culture of encouraging new ideas
  • Genuine career development—your initiative won’t go unnoticed
  • See the immediate impact of your work as the Dubai skyline takes shape
  • Supportive onboarding for newcomers (whether you’re new to Dubai or just to the industry)

We know just how crucial it is to feel valued and have space to grow. Join us, and you’ll help build more than just buildings—you’ll help build your own future, too.
