What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation so that every build stays on track
- Serving as the day-to-day point person between engineers, contractors, and the client—think of yourself as the puzzle master
- Ensuring materials arrive on-site (and, if something’s missing, rolling up your sleeves to find a fix)
- Monitoring budgets and timelines, keeping everyone looped in about progress or challenges
- Facilitating clear, concise site meetings to align teams and resolve onsite questions
- Supporting smooth handovers and thorough documentation as each project wraps up
- Spotting opportunities for efficiency and better teamwork—fresh ideas encouraged!
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Experience managing or coordinating construction projects (we don’t require UAE-specific experience)
- Strong organizational and communication chops—written and spoken English matter here
