Introduction

Are you ready to take the helm of dynamic, fast-paced construction projects in one of Dubai’s most vibrant neighborhoods? We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager who knows how to turn blueprints into reality, bringing energy and structure to every site. This role isn’t just about managing schedules and budgets — it’s about building a legacy in Barsha’s ever-evolving skyline. If you love the thrill of seeing your work take shape, read on.

About the Company

We’re a close-knit construction team making big things happen in Dubai’s competitive market. Our company culture is hands-on and solutions-focused — think “hard hats meet hard work, without stuffy formality.” We believe in collaboration at every level, from our project sites to our Friday team lunches. Growth comes naturally here; as the city expands, so do our ambitions, and every team member plays a role in shaping our reputation for top-tier delivery and integrity.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading construction projects from the initial planning phase through execution and completion
  • Coordinating day-to-day site operations, keeping a watchful eye on quality, safety, and progress
  • Liaising with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication
  • Tracking budgets, resource allocation, and timelines with a keen attention to detail
  • Solving problems on the spot — no two days are quite the same
  • Preparing regular reports and presenting updates to management (and sometimes, clients)
  • Ensuring all work complies with Dubai’s regulatory and safety standards
  • Mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of teamwork on-site

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • At least 3 years of project management experience in the UAE construction sector
  • Strong organizational chops — you can juggle deadlines, contractors, and last-minute changes
  • Familiarity with local building codes and permitting processes
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Currently residing in the UAE and ready to start as soon as possible

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Proficiency in Arabic or additional languages
  • Hands-on experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
  • A recognized project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.)

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary starting from AED5000 (commensurate with experience and position)
  • Comprehensive benefits, including health insurance and a two-year residency permit
  • Secure employment with a clear two-year contract
  • Fast-growing company with plenty of opportunities to take on bigger challenges
  • Supportive team environment where your impact is visible — not lost in the shuffle
  • Diverse team and inclusive hiring — applications open to all UAE residents

Joining us means more than just managing projects; it's about leaving your mark on the city and growing alongside a team that values your drive and vision. If you thrive in a culture where your expertise and leadership are celebrated, you’ll feel right at home here.
