About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever imagined steering diverse projects right in the heart of Dubai, and seeing your leadership shape real business outcomes? As a Project Manager at our growing Barsha office, you won’t just keep timelines and budgets in check — you’ll become a trusted partner to clients and a lynchpin for your team. It’s a chance to take your project coordination and relationship skills into a new setting, with a company that rewards initiative and reliability.
About the Company
We’re a close-knit team thriving in the fast-paced world of Dubai business. While you’ll find process and professionalism here, we like to believe that every successful project is built on trust, open communication, and a little bit of fun (those team lunches in Barsha? Legendary). Our culture values resourcefulness and real results — if you prefer rolling up your sleeves to waiting for instructions, you’ll fit right in. With consistent growth and a diverse client base, we’re ready for ambitious leaders who want to grow with us.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning end-to-end project delivery — define objectives, manage resources, and hit those key milestones without losing sight of the details
- Building positive client relationships: serving as the primary point of contact, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction
- Leading a team: assigning tasks, motivating members, and resolving blockers before they become problems
- Coordinating between departments; from HR and finance to external vendors
- Keeping meticulous records and preparing clear, concise reports for internal and client use
- Spotting risks early — and keeping contingency plans ready, just in case
- Contributing to process improvements (we love hearing “what if we tried…?”)
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven hands-on experience leading teams and managing projects (details, examples, or sectors all welcome)
- Strong client handling chops — you’re a natural communicator who’s just as comfortable with presentations as with problem-solving
- Organizational skills that are more “architect” than “juggler”
- Working knowledge of standard project management tools or software
- Eligibility to live and work in Dubai (or willingness to relocate)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in the UAE market or multicultural teams
- Industry certifications (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or similar)
- Multilingual abilities — English is essential, Arabic a plus
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive monthly salary (AED 5,000–6,000) paid on time
- Company-provided health insurance
- Two-year residency permit
- Renewable, stable employment contract
- Supportive and collaborative team culture
- Opportunities for professional growth and skill development
- Modern office in Barsha, a vibrant and accessible part of Dubai
We believe great work starts with a great environment. Here, you’ll find support for your ambitions, room for your ideas, and real appreciation for your unique talents. If you’re ready to make your mark on Dubai’s project landscape — we can’t wait to meet you.
