About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Curious about what it takes to steer projects from the ground up in one of Dubai’s liveliest districts? We're hiring Project Managers for full-time positions in Deira — a role that’s perfect for those ready to be at the center of construction action, whether you’re just starting your career or seeking a fresh challenge. What sets this opportunity apart? No prior experience is required. If you’re committed, organized, and eager to grow, we’ll put you on the path to real responsibility (and real results).
About the Company
Nestled in the energetic heart of Deira, our construction company is no stranger to Dubai’s fast-paced building scene. Our team is a melting pot of cultures and backgrounds, always ready to help one another out — whether that’s grabbing a quick karak tea together, or lending a hand on a tricky site inspection. We believe in supporting our team from day one, and with two-year contracts and stable employment, we’re focused on building not just great projects, but strong careers.
What You’ll Be Doing

- Liaising with site supervisors, suppliers, and clients to make sure materials, equipment, and timelines are all lined up.
- Tracking expenses, keeping records, and making sure every dirham is accounted for.
- Solving on-the-ground problems (sometimes on the fly!) and reporting any major issues to upper management.
- Learning best practices for workflow planning, team coordination, and regulatory compliance.
- Supporting project handover and walkthrough processes as projects reach completion.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Currently residing in the UAE with all necessary documents.
- Willingness and ability to work full-time (8 hours/day, 6 days/week).
- Good communication skills in English (basic spoken Arabic is a bonus).
