About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to see your projects come to life, right at the heart of one of the world’s fastest-growing cities? As our new Project Manager in Deira, Dubai, you’ll be the go-to person turning architectural plans into thriving, real-world developments. This is your chance to step into the buzzing world of construction in the UAE — no prior local experience required. If you’re driven, organized, and ready to make a mark, we’d love to meet you.

About the Company

We’re a well-established construction firm proud to call the Deira district home. Our team is a lively mix of veterans and newcomers alike, always eager to share a coffee and a laugh between site visits. We’re passionate about big builds, tight deadlines, and celebrating breakthroughs together. Fridays often wrap with project “show and tell” — a chance to toast wins, troubleshoot together, and plan for what’s next. No two weeks are the same here, and that’s exactly how we like it.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead construction projects from kickoff to handover, working closely with engineers, contractors, and clients.
  • Facilitate project meetings that keep everyone on the same page (and yes, sometimes bring donuts).
  • Monitor site progress, making sure quality standards and safety protocols are always front and center.
  • Stay sharp with budgeting and timelines, finding opportunities to save costs without cutting corners.
  • Work with vendors for materials sourcing, sometimes negotiating hard but always fair.
  • Prepare progress reports and present updates to management in a straightforward way — no jargon, just results.
  • Trouble-shoot unexpected challenges that come up (because in construction, they always do).
  • Mentor junior staff and foster a can-do, team-oriented atmosphere.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Proven track record managing construction projects (size and type open — tell us your story).
  • Strong communication skills; you know how to rally a team and keep clients informed.
  • Familiarity with construction documentation and project management tools.
  • Organizational skills and a cool head when the pressure’s on.
  • Valid passport, able to relocate to Dubai for the job term.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Experience leading teams on-site.
  • Multilingual skills — any additional language is a welcome bonus.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary: AED 6,000–7,000 per month.
  • Two-year UAE residency permit provided, with contract renewals possible.
  • Comprehensive health insurance.
  • Supportive onboarding, even if it’s your first time working in the UAE.
  • Opportunities to learn, grow, and lead larger projects over time.
  • Collaborative team where your perspective actually matters.
  • Located in Deira, Dubai — easy access to local attractions, markets, and transport.
  • A straightforward, no-nonsense management style that values what you contribute.

We believe that building things together isn’t just about bricks — it’s about people, celebration, and shared success. If you’re looking for a serious step forward, this could be your next chapter.
