About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever pictured yourself at the heart of a brand-new steel powerhouse? We’re assembling a motivated team for our state-of-the-art facility in AlSajaa, Sharjah — and this isn’t your run-of-the-mill construction gig. If you eat, sleep, and breathe steel structures (or just love the scent of fresh fabrication in the morning), there’s a role for you here. From project management to precise machine operation, we’re seeking experience, drive, and a pride in craftsmanship.
About the Company
We’re the new kid on the block — but with big ambitions. Our steel factory is more than just a collection of machines and metal. We’re building a place where people take ownership, where safety and skill go hand-in-hand, and where growth happens naturally (sometimes over late-night shifts, sometimes over bashas of karak chai after a job well done). The team is tight-knit, and management actually listens. Fridays are for sharing stories, not just ticking boxes. If you’re looking for a blank canvas in the steel industry, this is it.
