About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to launch your career as a Project Manager in the heart of Dubai’s bustling Business Bay? Here’s your chance to jump in—even if you’re just starting out. We’re looking for a driven individual who’s already in the UAE and eager to learn the ropes of project management. Whether you’re fresh out of university or ready for a new challenge, this is a genuine foot-in-the-door opportunity with real stability and room to grow.
About the Company
Nestled in the vibrant pulse of Business Bay, our team thrives on collaboration and shared ambition. We’re not one of those giant corporations where you’re just a number—here, every person’s voice matters (and yes, your coffee order preferences will be duly noted at our weekly team brainstorms). We believe in giving people the tools and trust they need to thrive, regardless of where they started. If you like an environment where you can ask questions and actually get answers, you’ll feel at home here.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting senior project managers with day-to-day project coordination across multiple workflows.
- Scheduling meetings, preparing project updates, and making sure key deadlines aren’t lost in the shuffle.
- Helping to document conversations and progress so the team always has a clear view.
- Keeping a careful eye on project timelines and alerting the team when things might be slipping.
- Communicating directly with team members and sometimes clients, always in a professional and positive way.
- Learning industry standards, best practices, and essential project management tools as you go—plenty of support offered!
- Chipping in on whatever helps the team move forward, including occasional research or admin tasks.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Must currently be residing in the UAE (applications from outside the UAE can’t be considered).
- An eagerness to learn, adapt, and tackle new challenges—no project management experience required!
- Great organizational skills and strong attention to detail (your friends probably call you “the planner”).
- Clear communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus but not essential.
- A positive attitude and willingness to ask questions rather than guess.
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with basic office software (think Excel, Word, or Google Workspace).
- Any prior experience with group projects, university societies, or part-time work—life experience counts, too.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here (Benefits & Perks)
- Two-year work visa and renewable contract for long-term security.
- Comprehensive health insurance that covers you from day one.
- Basic monthly salary between AED 5,000 and AED 6,000, paid on time, every time.
- Supportive team culture—lots of learning, no jargon, and everyone genuinely wants you to succeed.
- Great office location in Business Bay, with easy access to transport and all the lunch spots you could want.
- Real career growth opportunities for those who show initiative.
If you’ve been waiting for a welcoming team and a true starting point in Dubai’s dynamic world of business, you might have just found it.
