Salary: Negotiable

About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever thought about taking charge of the day-to-day buzz in a thriving real estate hub? We’re on the lookout for an experienced Properties Manager to join us immediately—someone who’s equally at home negotiating a lease as they are reviewing the details of a new contract. If you’re excited by the idea of being at the heart of Abu Dhabi’s property scene (and love the pulse of Hamdan St just as much as we do), you might just be the person we’ve been waiting for.

About the Company

Nestled in the heart of Abu Dhabi on Hamdan St, our team has built a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and, honestly, a bit of fun along the way. We’re a close-knit group who values transparent communication and real relationships—both with our clients, and with each other. Our offices may be busy, but you’ll always find someone ready to share a laugh or strategize over coffee (espresso machine is a staff favorite!). As our portfolio grows, so does our commitment to fostering an environment where everyone feels empowered to make an impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing the full scope of daily real estate operations—leasing, renewals, sales, property viewings, and smooth handovers.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and diligently maintaining key property-related documents: contracts, MOUs, Ejari/Registration materials, NOCs, and tenancy agreements.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for tenants, landlords, and external brokers—responding promptly, resolving any hiccups, and keeping all parties in the loop.
  • Coordinating viewings and seamless handover processes with a focus on service and efficiency.
  • Staying vigilant about document compliance, expiry dates, and renewals so nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Collaborating with other team members to deliver an outstanding experience for everyone involved—after all, property is a people business.

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous, hands-on experience in property management or real estate operations—ideally in Abu Dhabi.
  • Strong knowledge of leasing, sales, contracts, MOUs, Ejari/registration procedures, NOCs, and tenancy agreements (bonus points if you have a “system” that keeps you organized!).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable liaising with clients at all levels.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude—anticipating issues rather than waiting for them to land in your inbox.
  • Ability to work independently and juggle multiple deadlines (with grace, not just grit).

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary, plus performance-based incentives.
  • Centrally located office right in the heart of Abu Dhabi—steps from Hamdan St’s shops, cafes, and after-work hangouts.
  • Supportive teammates who share knowledge and back each other up—no lone wolves here.
  • Opportunities to grow your network and your skills, with real career progression within a well-established (but still growing) company.
  • Standard benefits package, plus the little extras: regular team coffee runs, casual Fridays, and the chance to truly make your mark on how we do things.

Joining us means putting your stamp on a company that values initiative just as much as experience. If you’re energized by the fast pace of Abu Dhabi’s property market and ready to hit the ground running, we can’t wait to meet you.
