Introduction

Are you the kind of person who thrives on organization and takes pride in seeing things run smoothly behind the scenes? If working in Abu Dhabi’s buzzing real estate market makes your heart skip a beat, you might want to lean in for this one. Al Zaeem Real Estate is searching for a Real Estate Admin who knows their way around property listings, compliance regulations, and those all-important ADREC (Madhmoun) permits. If you’ve been looking for a way to be at the center of the action — helping agents, owners, and buyers come together — here’s your chance to really make an impact.

About the Company

Al Zaeem Real Estate has been part of Abu Dhabi’s skyline growth story for years now, earning a reputation for professionalism and trust. Our office is in Al Nhyan, but our reach covers the city’s most sought-after addresses. We’re a close-knit team with a passion for property and a belief that transparency and teamwork are the keys to success. You’ll find the coffee fresh, the communication open, and the occasional “Who found the best listing this week?” banter is all part of the culture. Fridays are demo days, and wins—big or small—never go unnoticed here.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and updating property listings on platforms like Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle—making sure every detail is polished and up-to-date.
  • Creating, renewing, and tracking Madhmoun (ADREC) permits to ensure everything is above board and compliant.
  • Double-checking listings for ADREC rule compliance so nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Coordinating with agents to gather accurate property details, photos, and documents.
  • Promptly updating agents and clients about permit statuses, listing changes, or new requirements.
  • Handling listing edits, price changes, and removals as properties come and go.
  • Maintaining digital filing systems for permits and supporting documentation.
  • Occasionally assisting with client inquiries and administrative support.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Experience as an admin in the real estate sector—ideally in Abu Dhabi or the UAE.
  • Knowledge of ADREC (Madhmoun) portal and local compliance rules.
  • Confident with online listing platforms like Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (we can't stress this enough!).
  • Comfortable communicating in English; Arabic is a lovely bonus.
  • Professional, reliable, and not shy about asking questions.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with CRM systems or digital filing tools.
  • Previous experience coordinating with agents or agency teams.
  • Enthusiasm for property and market trends in Abu Dhabi.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary and performance incentives—because your efforts deserve recognition.
  • Supportive, team-oriented environment (where asking for help is encouraged).
  • Central Abu Dhabi office with all the city’s amenities close by.
  • Opportunities to grow within the company — we love seeing our people advance.
  • Relaxed dress code (we appreciate both professionalism and comfort).
  • Regular team lunches and Friday demo days—celebrating wins together is part of our DNA.

At Al Zaeem, you’ll never feel like just another cog in the machine. Join us, and let’s help shape Abu Dhabi’s real estate future together.

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

For a Real Estate Admin role in Abu Dhabi with experience in property administration, ADREC permitting, and online listing management, you should expect a salary in the range of 4,500–7,000 AED per month, depending on your level of experience and familiarity with digital real estate tools.
