About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to launch your real estate career surrounded by a team that truly wants to see you succeed? At Al Sharq Real Estate in Ajman, we’re not just filling seats — we’re looking for motivated individuals ready to learn the ropes and grow into trusted real estate professionals. If you’re eager for a fresh start or new challenge in an industry that rewards ambition, this could be the perfect step for you.
About Al Sharq Real Estate
Al Sharq isn’t your typical brokerage firm; here, we believe in building careers, not just closing deals. Our head office in Ajman might look polished and professional (and it is), but behind the scenes, you’ll find a tightly-knit group where sharing insights and celebrating each other’s milestones is simply part of daily life. Learning is celebrated — don’t be surprised if experienced teammates offer tips over coffee or managers check in with personal feedback. Fridays? Team breakfasts happen more often than not.
We’re currently growing, but we’ve worked hard to keep things personal. Whether you’re a fresh face or seasoned pro, you’ll quickly feel at home.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Engage with clients from their very first inquiry, building trust and rapport.
- Show properties around Ajman, highlighting features and helping buyers imagine a future there.
- Guide clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process — paperwork and all.
- Keep an eye on market trends and new listings so you’re always in the know.
- Take part in regular training sessions and workshops to keep your skills sharp.
- Collaborate with teammates — sometimes you’ll work independently, but support is always close by.
- Represent Al Sharq’s values in every interaction, maintaining our reputation for integrity and care.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Motivation that’s visible and contagious (we can spot it a mile away)

- Strong communication skills (in any language)
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Availability to work from our Ajman head office and travel locally
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous sales or customer service background
- Familiarity with Ajman’s neighborhoods or property market

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here

- Attractive commissions for every sale or lease you close
- Regular, ongoing training — because we know everyone starts somewhere
- Supportive managers who cheer you on and offer guidance (no micro-managing)
- Friendly, close-knit team that actually celebrates your wins with you
