What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet, consult, and build genuine relationships with clients seeking high-end Dubai properties — both in-person and virtually
- Coordinate property listings, update databases, and post engaging content to our digital platforms
- Schedule client meetings, property tours, and follow-ups to keep deals moving forward
- Collaborate with our agents and marketing team to create eye-catching presentations that make our listings stand out
- Assist with essential office tasks — from answering inquiries and managing paperwork to maintaining an organized workspace everyone loves
- Stay current with Dubai’s real estate market trends (and maybe share a hot tip or two with the team)
- Champion our client-first philosophy: attentive, proactive, and always one step ahead
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in real estate and/or a customer-facing office environment
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a bonus (think: our clients love a multilingual team!)
- Strong organizational habits and attention to detail — you thrive when things run smoothly
- Motivated by both individual and team success
- UAE driving license
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with the Dubai luxury/boutique property market
- Comfort with basic online marketing tools, CRMs, or real estate databases
- A positive attitude when faced with a fast-paced, ever-changing day
