About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Are you a seasoned real estate broker who thrives in the fast-paced, ever-evolving UAE property market? Maybe you’re looking for the next big stage to showcase your negotiation skills and connect clients with their dream properties. We’re seeking experienced brokers ready to make an impact — whether that’s closing impressive deals or building lasting client relationships. If you know the Dubai skyline like the back of your hand (and can spot a good investment a mile away), you just might be who we need.

About the Company

We’re not your cookie-cutter real estate agency. Our firm has built its reputation on a foundation of trust, teamwork, and a little friendly competition. We believe success is best when shared, so you can expect open communication with colleagues, plenty of collaboration, and Friday team lunches that sometimes last a little bit longer than planned. Fuelled by ambition but grounded by values, we’re serious about supporting our brokers with top-tier marketing tools, comprehensive training, and a vibrant office culture (yes, we do celebrate the big wins).

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Showcasing and marketing an exciting portfolio of residential and commercial properties, both online and off, with an eye for what’s next in the UAE market
  • Building rapport with clients — listening, advising, and guiding them through the buying, selling, and renting process
  • Hosting property tours (sometimes at unconventional hours — property doesn’t sleep!) and ensuring every viewing is seamless and professional
  • Leveraging your network and proactively seeking out new sales/rental opportunities
  • Keeping tabs on legal documentation, agreements, and contracts to ensure smooth transactions
  • Staying up to date with local market trends (and sharing your insights with the team over morning coffee)
  • Acting as a trusted advisor from the first inquiry to the handing-over of keys — and even beyond, if that’s your style

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Proven success as a real estate broker in the UAE market (your track record speaks for itself)
  • Deep knowledge of residential and commercial property trends and regulations in Dubai or Abu Dhabi
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills — you’re a natural connector
  • UAE driving license and car (showings can’t wait for taxis)
  • Fluent English; Arabic or other language skills are a big plus

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Existing portfolio of clients, investors, or developer connections
  • Tech-savvy approach to marketing and client management
  • RERA certification or similar credentials

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive, uncapped commission structures that reward your hustle
  • Monthly performance bonuses and recognition awards
  • Supportive, collaborative team culture — we cheer for each other’s wins
  • Access to high-quality marketing resources and admin support
  • Flexible working hours (we know clients’ schedules are never one-size-fits-all)
  • Prime office location in the heart of Dubai
  • Ongoing professional development and growth pathways
  • Occasional team outings, shared success stories, and industry networking events

At our firm, your ambition is met with support, and your expertise is truly valued. Join us and help shape the next chapter of real estate in the UAE — while building a rewarding career of your own.

Common Interview Questions and Tips

To help you prepare and feel confident, here are some questions you might encounter during the interview process for this role.

  • Can you walk us through a recent property deal you closed in Dubai or Abu Dhabi and explain the strategies you used to negotiate and secure the outcome?
  • How do you stay updated on the latest trends and regulations in the UAE real estate market, and how have these insights helped you guide clients?

  • Tell us about a situation where a client was indecisive or hesitant — how did you build trust and lead them to a final decision?
  • Our team values sharing market knowledge. Can you give an example of when you contributed your insights to help colleagues succeed or improve a process?
  • This role involves a lot of direct interaction with a diverse clientele. How do you tailor your communication style for different clients, especially across cultures or languages?

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

For experienced real estate brokers in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, you should expect a base salary in the range of 5,000–8,000 AED per month, though many roles in this industry are commission-focused with the potential for significantly higher earnings based on performance. Similar positions often provide an uncapped commission structure and additional bonuses, so it's wise to clarify the mix of guaranteed salary versus commission when negotiating your offer. Given your expertise, total monthly income (including commissions) for high performers can often exceed 20,000 AED.
