About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Marketing the Metropolis: Real Estate Marketing Specialist
Ever wondered what it takes to cut through the noise of a bustling property market like Abu Dhabi? It takes more than just posting a listing and hoping for the best—it takes strategy, creativity, and a knack for knowing exactly what makes a buyer stop scrolling. We are on the hunt for a female marketing professional who doesn’t just understand real estate, but knows how to package it, present it, and sell the lifestyle that comes with it. If you’re ready to take the reins of our digital presence and turn clicks into contracts, we need to talk.
About the Company
We are a dynamic real estate firm based in the heart of Abu Dhabi, operating in one of the most competitive and fast-paced property landscapes in the region. We aren’t just selling square footage; we are helping people find their corner of the city. Our team is a mix of driven agents and creative thinkers who believe that a great property deserves a great story. We value hustle, creativity, and the kind of person who gets a little thrill every time a campaign performs better than the last one. If you thrive in an environment where your ideas are heard and your results are visible, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing
This isn’t a role where you’ll be hidden behind a screen all day. You’ll be the voice and the face of our brand online, responsible for turning browsers into buyers. Here is what your day-to-day will look like:
- Own Our Social Presence: Take full control of our Facebook and Instagram pages. You’ll be responsible for everything from the daily aesthetic to community engagement, ensuring our feed looks as premium as the properties we sell.
- Create Scroll-Stopping Ads: You’ll design eye-catching visuals and write compelling copy for our sponsored campaigns. Your goal? To capture attention in a crowded feed and make people click.
- Manage the Ad Spend: Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms. You’ll decide where the budget goes to get the best possible return on investment.
- Analyze and Optimize: Keep a close eye on the data. You’ll monitor ad performance daily, identifying what’s working and killing what isn’t, constantly tweaking campaigns to improve results and lower costs.
- Attract the Right Clients: Use your marketing savvy to target the specific demographics that are looking for properties in Abu Dhabi, effectively bringing qualified leads to our sales team.
What You’ll Bring
We are looking for someone who is creative but also data-driven—a rare mix of artist and analyst. Here is what we need from you:
Must-Haves:
- Real Estate Marketing Experience: You’ve done this before. You understand the nuances of marketing properties and know how to handle the unique cycles of the real estate industry.
- Social Media Mastery: You know the Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad manager inside and out. You don’t just boost posts; you build campaigns.
- Design Skills: You have an eye for aesthetics and the ability to design clean, professional ads (experience with Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is key).
- Analytical Mindset: You understand metrics like CPL, CTR, and ROI. You use data to make decisions, not just guesses.
- Location: You are currently based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate to the city.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with video editing for Reels or TikTok.
- A basic understanding of Arabic (though not required, it’s a great asset).
Not sure you tick every box? If you have the drive and the real estate background, we’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
We believe that great work should be rewarded, and a creative environment is a happy one. Here is what we offer:
- Competitive Salary: We recognize talent and pay accordingly.
- Growth Opportunities: As our marketing efforts expand, so will your role. We love promoting from within.
- Supportive Team: You’ll work alongside a team that appreciates your input and supports your creative vision.
- Prime Location: Our office is in Abu Dhabi, a city that never stops moving—just like you.
If you are ready to stop just posting and start marketing, we are ready to welcome you to the team.
Common Interview Questions and Tips
To help you prepare and feel confident, here are some questions you might encounter during the interview process for this role.
- You’ve managed Meta ad campaigns for real estate before — walk me through a specific campaign you built from scratch. What was the property type, who were you targeting, and what did the results look like?
- Abu Dhabi’s property market has its own rhythms — off-plan launches, seasonal demand shifts, expat vs. local buyer behavior. How have you adapted your marketing strategy to those nuances in the past?
- Let’s talk metrics. If I handed you a campaign with a CPL that’s twice what it should be but a decent CTR, where would you start digging, and what levers would you pull first?
- Can you describe your process for creating ad creatives — from concept to final asset? What tools do you reach for, and how do you decide when a visual is ready to go live?
- Imagine we’re launching a new residential tower in a saturated area of the city. How would you approach the first two weeks of the campaign to make sure we stand out rather than blend in?
- Tell me about a time a campaign underperformed and you had to pivot quickly. What signals told you it wasn’t working, and what did you change?
- You’ll be the face and voice of our brand on Instagram and Facebook. How do you balance maintaining a premium aesthetic with the need to drive actual conversions?
- Describe a situation where you had to convince a skeptical stakeholder — maybe a sales director or a developer — to trust your marketing approach. How did you handle it?
- Real estate can be high-pressure, especially when listings are competitive and leads are watching every dirham. How do you stay sharp and creative when the stakes are high?
- You’re working alongside agents who are closing deals every day. How do you make sure your marketing efforts and their sales conversations stay aligned?
- What draws you specifically to real estate marketing, as opposed to promoting other kinds of products or services?
- If you joined our team and
