About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Ever thought about turning your natural people skills into a career that actually rewards your effort? If you're based in Abu Dhabi and looking for a fresh start, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for. We're on the hunt for a confident, ambitious female real estate consultant to join our growing team in Al Danah. No experience? No problem. What matters most to us is your drive, your communication style, and your willingness to learn. We'll handle the rest.
About the Company
We're not a faceless corporate machine. We're a tight-knit team of property professionals who genuinely enjoy what we do — and it shows. Based in the heart of Abu Dhabi, we've built a reputation for honesty, responsiveness, and real results. Our culture is collaborative, supportive, and surprisingly friendly for such a fast-paced industry. We celebrate wins together, share leads openly, and believe that the best deals happen when people actually like working with each other. Whether you're brand new to the sector or just looking for a better place to grow, you'll find a team here that has your back.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients — both buyers and sellers — and guiding them through every step of their property journey.
- Conducting property viewings and open houses, presenting homes in a way that helps clients envision their future there.
- Negotiating offers and closing deals with confidence, always keeping the client's best interests at the forefront.
- Managing your own pipeline of leads and following up consistently — because in this business, timing is everything.
- Collaborating with the team on marketing strategies, listing presentations, and market analysis.
- Staying up to date on Abu Dhabi's real estate trends, pricing, and new developments so you can offer informed advice.
What You'll Bring
Must-Haves:
- A confident, approachable personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A self-starter mindset — you're motivated by targets and enjoy taking initiative.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to read people well.
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude, even when things get busy.
- A valid UAE driver's license is a plus, though not essential to start.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Any previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality — these skills translate beautifully.
- Basic knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market (but honestly, we can teach you this).
- Fluency in Arabic or other languages is a bonus, but not required.
Not sure you tick every box? We'd still love to hear from you. Attitude beats experience in our book.
Why You'll Love Working Here
- Comprehensive training and mentorship — you won't be thrown in the deep end. We'll pair you with experienced consultants who genuinely want to see you succeed.
- Uncapped earning potential — your income reflects your effort, and there's no ceiling here.
- A supportive, female-friendly environment — we've built a workplace where women feel comfortable, respected, and empowered to grow.
- Flexible working arrangements — we care about results, not just hours logged.
- Prime location in Al Danah — easy to get to, with parking and great coffee nearby.
- Real career progression — top performers move up quickly, with opportunities to lead teams or specialize in luxury properties.
At the end of the day, we're looking for someone who's ready to roll up their sleeves, learn the ropes, and build something meaningful. If that sounds like you, we'd love to meet you.
