About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever imagined what it’s like to help some of Abu Dhabi’s most interesting brands tell their stories? As our next Sales Executive, you’ll do just that—and more. Bring your energy, your curiosity, and your people skills, and be the face of our dynamic advertising and marketing agency. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Arabic-speaking, people-oriented professional who loves the thrill of closing deals and isn’t afraid to think creatively in a fast-moving market.

About the Company

We’re a close-knit team based in Abu Dhabi, passionate about turning bold marketing ideas into reality. Our days are never dull: one moment you’re brainstorming campaign concepts over strong coffee, the next you’re working alongside designers to fine-tune a client’s message. What sets us apart? We genuinely believe in the power of collaboration—open-door conversations, supportive teammates, and yes, the occasional celebratory lunch when someone lands a big client. Growth and learning are part of our DNA, and we’re excited to bring someone new into the fold.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Cultivating and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients—your friendly approach makes follow-ups and check-ins feel natural, not forced
  • Meeting with businesses across Abu Dhabi to identify their advertising and marketing needs
  • Crafting customized pitches that connect client goals with our suite of creative services
  • Leading negotiation meetings and following up on proposals—you love when a great campaign comes together
  • Collaborating with our creative and strategy teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and exceptional client satisfaction
  • Keeping records updated in our CRM system and reporting on your progress with transparency
  • Sharing market insights and suggesting new opportunities—your ideas are always welcome

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English, with the confidence to represent us professionally
  • Strong communication and presentation skills—you’re comfortable speaking to clients in person, on the phone, or over email
  • A polished, professional appearance and demeanor
  • Proven sales or negotiation abilities—you enjoy the process of connecting, persuading, and closing
  • Relationship-building is your second nature; clients trust you

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in advertising, marketing, or a related sales environment
  • Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi business landscape
  • A creative flair for spotting what makes a brand stand out

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive, performance-based salary and attractive commission structure
  • Supportive, team-oriented culture where everyone’s input really matters
  • Opportunities for professional growth—just tell us where you want to go
  • Occasional remote flexibility when you need a break from the commute
  • An office that’s as lively and diverse as the clients we serve
  • Team gatherings, learning sessions, and a little fun mixed in with the hard work

At the end of the day, you’ll be part of a company that values relationship-building just as much as results. If you’re looking to earn, grow, and make a meaningful impact, we can’t wait to meet you.
