About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever pictured yourself as the bridge between brands and new business opportunities? As a Public Relations & B2B Business Development Specialist at our forward-thinking digital marketing firm in Abu Dhabi, you’ll play a key role in helping us spark genuine, long-lasting partnerships. We’re on the lookout for a female professional who thrives on connecting people, telling compelling stories, and opening doors for clients and our own team alike. If you understand the nuances of modern PR and relish the idea of nurturing relationships in both Arabic and English, this could be exactly the kind of part-time challenge and flexibility you’ve been craving.

About the Company

We’re not your average agency, and we’d rather show our results than just talk about them. Our Abu Dhabi-based team brings creativity, data, and a touch of humor to everything we do—whether it’s launching bold campaigns or brainstorming around the coffee machine. We value trust, initiative, and diversity, with weekly team check-ins that feel more like catch-ups than meetings. At our core, we believe that great digital marketing is genuinely built on human connections—inside our team as well as with our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Cultivating strong, authentic relationships with key figures at other companies and potential clients—think of yourself as our brand’s friendly ambassador.
  • Identifying, approaching, and pursuing leads in the B2B space, always with an eye for win-win partnerships.
  • Crafting and delivering engaging PR communications in both Arabic and English—press releases, business correspondence, you name it.
  • Representing our company at meetings, networking evenings, and industry events across Abu Dhabi (and occasionally, a virtual handshake or two).
  • Supporting the PR and BD team with creative outreach strategies, drawing on local insights and your own initiative.
  • Tracking industry trends, gathering feedback, and bringing fresh ideas back to the rest of the crew.
  • Collaborating closely with marketing, design, and content to make sure our messaging is sharp and on-brand.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English—spoken and written, with the confidence to communicate across cultures.
  • Stellar communication skills, from dazzling small talk to clear business proposals.
  • A knack for relationship-building—maybe people even say you’re a natural “connector.”
  • Proactive attitude, comfortable working independently and juggling multiple priorities.
  • Prior experience in PR, business development, or partnership roles.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in digital marketing or agency environments.
  • Well-developed Abu Dhabi professional network.
  • Creative flair for storytelling or crafting compelling outreach material.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Flexible, part-time schedule: designed to fit around your life, not the other way around.
  • Supportive team that values your voice and ideas (and celebrates wins, big or small).
  • Access to career growth and learning opportunities—if you want to try or learn something new, we’ll back you.
  • Friendly, collaborative culture with honest feedback and room to experiment.
  • Regular team gatherings (both virtual and in-person), so you’ll never feel like a stranger, even on remote days.
  • A chance to make a real difference—not just for our clients, but for how we do business as a team.

We’re serious about creating an environment where people can do their best work without sacrificing their personal priorities or identities. If you’re ready to help shape our story and make meaningful connections, let’s talk.

  • Describe your process for identifying and approaching new leads or potential business collaborators in the B2B space.
  • What strategies have you used in the past to keep track of industry trends and gather actionable feedback from stakeholders?
  • Tell us about a time when you had to collaborate with marketing, design, or content teams to ensure a campaign or message stayed on-brand—how did you approach that partnership?
  • When you attend a networking event or industry function, how do you prepare to maximize opportunities for the company you represent?
  • Give an example of a situation where you encountered resistance from a potential partner or client. How did you address their concerns and move the partnership forward?
  • How do you maintain authenticity and build trust during business correspondence, whether in a press release, email, or live meeting?
  • What do you enjoy most about helping brands tell their story? How do you use creativity in outreach and relationship-building?
  • Can you describe a time when you worked independently to juggle multiple competing priorities? What systems or habits helped you stay organized and proactive?
  • How do you typically contribute to a positive, collaborative, and inclusive team culture—even when working remotely or part-time?
  • Why do you believe human connections are especially important in the world of digital marketing and PR?
  • If you joined our agency, how would you approach building your internal relationships as well as developing a strong professional network across Abu Dhabi?
  • What motivates you to seek out flexible, part-time work, and how does this fit with your current personal and professional goals?
