About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to thrive in the heart of one of the world’s fastest-growing real estate markets? As a Sales Agent in Abu Dhabi, you’ll have the chance to do just that—whether you’re already a real estate pro or just curious to break into the field. We’re looking for motivated individuals who enjoy the satisfaction of closing a deal just as much as they enjoy the process of bringing clients’ dreams to life. If you’re energized by targets, unfazed by pressure, and see every ‘no’ as one step closer to a ‘yes,’ you might just be the person we’re looking for.
About the Company
Picture a tight-knit team where ambition meets support—and where your wins are celebrated, not just expected. We’re proud to have built a high-energy, people-first environment right in Abu Dhabi’s dynamic property sector. Our culture is transparent, ambitious, and genuinely collaborative (and yes, spontaneous team lunches are our secret sauce). Whether you’re learning from seasoned mentors or leading a Friday brainstorming session, you’ll find room to grow and genuine camaraderie at every turn.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Actively managing the entire sales and leasing process for both residential and commercial properties—from first viewings to closing signatures.
- Following up with leads and nurturing client relationships (timely replies, thoughtful conversations, never just “checking in”).
- Conducting property tours, highlighting features, and answering client questions with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Advising clients on current market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
- Handling negotiation and documentation, ensuring smooth transactions (and less paperwork anxiety for your clients).
- Developing your expertise with hands-on real estate training, absorbing industry knowledge, and staying current on market trends.
- Collaborating with teammates to achieve collective targets—and celebrating successes, big or small.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Target-driven attitude and resilience in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills—you know how to connect, persuade, and build trust with all kinds of people.
- Comfort with following up persistently (without feeling robotic about it).
- Willingness to learn and adapt—our training will set you up, but your curiosity and effort will set you apart.
- Professional fluency in English (Arabic is a big plus, but not required).
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or client-facing roles.
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s property market or a genuine eagerness to dive in.
- UAE driver’s license.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you. Enthusiasm and work ethic often matter more than a perfect resume.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive commission structure—your effort is directly rewarded.
- Comprehensive real estate training—no experience? No problem.
- A supportive team that actually wants to see you succeed.
- Modern office in Abu Dhabi, plus flexibility for fieldwork.
- Opportunities for career progression as our business grows.
- Regular team incentives and outings—you’ll work hard, but you’ll celebrate harder.
- Diverse, inclusive environment where everyone’s voice counts.
Here, you’ll find more than just a job—you’ll find the chance to build a dynamic career in a city that’s always on the move. If you’re ready to hustle (and have some fun along the way), we’re excited to meet you.
