About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Curious about what it’s like to help people find their dream home—or the next big investment property—in one of the world’s most dynamic markets? We’re excited to welcome passionate Real Estate Marketers to our tight-knit team in Dubai. Whether you're new to the city or already know its neighborhoods like the back of your hand, this is your chance to shine in a growing sector where every day brings a new connection or success story.

About the Company

We’re not your average brokerage. Our team is a blend of ambition, local insight, and genuine camaraderie. We believe real estate is about people as much as properties—and it shows in our approach to every client and team member. From spontaneous team breakfasts to collaborative brainstorming over strong Arabic coffee, we thrive on ideas and build each other up. As Dubai’s skyline grows, so does our company, and so do the opportunities for every team member to flourish.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Marketing a diverse portfolio of properties—think sleek apartments, sunlit villas, and everything in between—across Dubai’s most in-demand areas.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients (yes, people do come back when you listen and deliver!).
  • Advising prospective renters and buyers, making honest recommendations tailored to their needs and preferences.
  • Presenting available units in person and virtually (don’t worry, we’ll make sure you get to know the inventory).
  • Using social media and digital tools to showcase listings and build your personal brand.
  • Keeping up with market trends so you’re never caught off guard at a client meeting.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you genuinely like talking to people, and it shows.
  • Confidence to present properties and negotiate deals.
  • Motivation to work independently—no one is breathing down your neck, but we do expect follow-through.
  • English fluency (verbal and written). Additional languages? That’s a big plus for connecting with Dubai’s international crowd.
  • A natural curiosity about the real estate market or prior related experience.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in real estate marketing, sales, or customer service.
  • UAE driving license (makes getting to showings a breeze).
  • Familiarity with Dubai neighborhoods and property platforms.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive commission structure with uncapped earning potential.
  • Supportive team environment—collaboration is a cornerstone, not a buzzword.
  • Continuous learning opportunities from industry pros (and some legendary client stories).
  • Modern office space with all the essentials, plus flexible hours to help you juggle life and work.
  • Hybrid work options—spend time in the field, at home, or at HQ as it suits you.
  • Regular team outings—because we believe hard work should be balanced with a bit of fun.

Here, you’re more than just a marketer—you’re an ambassador for our brand and a trusted guide for your clients. If you’re ready to carve out your place in Dubai’s ever-evolving skyline, this could be the perfect next step.

Common Interview Questions and Tips

To help you prepare and feel confident, here are some questions you might encounter during the interview process for this role.

  • Can you walk me through how you would market a high-end villa versus a city-center apartment to attract the right buyers or renters?
  • Tell us about a time when your interpersonal skills played a key role in winning over a hesitant client or closing a deal.
  • How do you stay up-to-date with property market trends, especially in a fast-paced city like Dubai?
  • What strategies would you use to build your personal brand and generate client leads on social media platforms?
  • Give an example of how you’ve handled a situation where two clients had conflicting needs or preferences—how did you balance expectations?
  • If you were new to Dubai, how would you quickly familiarize yourself with the city’s neighborhoods and property offerings?
  • Can you describe a challenging experience you've had presenting a property, either virtually or in person, and how you overcame it?
  • When negotiating deals, how do you balance client advocacy with the interests of your company?
  • Our team values collaboration and creative problem-solving. Can you share a time when working with colleagues led to a better outcome for a client?
  • How do you organize your schedule and manage follow-ups when juggling multiple listings and clients at once?
  • In what ways have you contributed to a supportive team culture in previous roles?
  • What does integrity look like to you when advising clients or providing property recommendations?
  • How would you leverage language skills or cultural awareness to better connect with Dubai’s diverse clientele?
  • What motivates you most about building a real estate career in a city that’s constantly evolving?

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

For a Real Estate Marketer role in Dubai, you should expect a basic monthly salary in the range of 4,000–7,000 AED, depending on your prior experience and familiarity with the local market, with the bulk of your earnings coming from commissions on successful deals. Many companies in this sector offer a lower basic salary complemented by attractive commission structures, so it’s reasonable to negotiate for a competitive base along with a fair share of commissions, especially if you bring languages or previous real estate experience to the table.
