About Us
We’re a fast-growing company with a diverse, close-knit team that thrives on ambition and collaboration. Nestled in the heart of Business Bay, our office is a hub of energy, ideas, and occasional impromptu coffee runs. We believe in giving everyone room to shine, whether you’re closing deals, launching campaigns, or sharing a laugh at our end-of-week team huddle. Here, every win is celebrated — big or small — and learning from each other is part of our daily routine.
What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your skills and interests, your days might include:
- Reaching out to prospective clients by phone, email, or face-to-face meetings to pitch our services and solutions.
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers — because a personal touch goes a long way.
- Using digital channels to generate leads and run effective marketing campaigns. (Got new ideas? We’re all ears!)
- Following up on leads and inquiries with enthusiasm and genuine care.
- Meeting (and sometimes exceeding!) monthly sales targets — with team support, not pressure.
- Preparing sales reports and sharing feedback to help us improve and grow together.
- Collaborating with colleagues across departments — we love team players over lone wolves.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- 1–2 years of proven experience in sales (indoor/outdoor), digital marketing, or tele sales.
- Confidence, clear communication, and the drive to connect with people.
- Currently residing in the UAE — you’re ready to start, and you know the market.
- Comfort with basic tech (emails, CRMs, maybe a few social media tricks up your sleeve).
- Positive attitude — we value energy as much as experience.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Fluency in languages beyond English (it’s a real bonus in our multicultural space).
- Past experience in Business Bay or a similar business environment.
- A creative approach to problem-solving and outreach — we appreciate big thinkers.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
