Salary: Negotiable

About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever thought about turning your knack for conversation into a career where the sky’s the limit—and the commissions match? If you’re in Ajman and looking for a role that’s equal parts challenge and reward, this might just be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for. Absher Real Estate is expanding its expert sales team, and we’re on the hunt for driven individuals who want to learn the ropes, sharpen their skills, and genuinely grow in the UAE’s vibrant property market. Based in the heart of Rashidiya 3, this isn’t just a job—it’s a launchpad for anyone serious about making a name in real estate.

About Absher Real Estate

Absher isn’t your run-of-the-mill brokerage. We’re a tight-knit team operating out of Ajman with a reputation for doing things properly—building lasting relationships with investors and clients rather than chasing quick wins. Our office buzzes with energy, but it’s also the kind of place where senior agents actually take time to mentor newcomers. We celebrate wins together (yes, there’s usually coffee and sometimes cake involved), and we pride ourselves on being as transparent with our own team as we are with our clients. If you’re after a supportive environment where your growth is genuinely part of the company’s mission, you’ll feel right at home here.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your day-to-day will be anything but monotonous. Here’s a taste of what you’ll dive into:

  • Prospecting and attracting new investors — both locally and from abroad. You’ll learn how to spot serious buyers and build trust from the very first conversation.
  • Leasing properties — think apartments, villas, and land. You’ll handle viewings, negotiate terms, and make sure every handover goes off without a hitch.
  • Marketing our real estate and construction projects — this means getting creative with listings, social media shout-outs, and networking events to get properties noticed.
  • Following up with leads relentlessly (but politely) — because in this game, persistence pays. You’ll keep the pipeline full and relationships warm, turning “maybe later” into “let’s sign today.”

It’s a role where no two days look the same—one morning you might be showing a family a villa, and by afternoon, you’re pitching an off-plan project to an investor over a cup of karak.

What You’ll Bring

We’re not looking for perfection—we’re looking for potential. Here’s what matters to us:

Must-Haves:

  • A genuine interest in real estate and a hunger to learn the market inside out.
  • Strong communication skills—you can talk to anyone, from first-time renters to seasoned investors.
  • Self-motivation and drive; you’re comfortable working towards targets and managing your own time.
  • A valid UAE driving license and your own car (you’ll be showing properties across Ajman and beyond).
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a definite bonus but not essential.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Some sales experience, even if it’s outside real estate.
  • Existing knowledge of Ajman’s property landscape.
  • A knack for social media or content creation—it helps when marketing new projects.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you. Attitude beats experience in our book, and we’re happy to train the right person.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

Let’s be real—perks matter, and we don’t skimp on them:

  • Attractive commission structure that rewards effort generously, plus a supportive base to get you started.
  • On-the-job training and mentorship from agents who’ve been where you are and know the shortcuts (the legal ones, anyway).
  • A collaborative team vibe—no backstabbing or cutthroat culture here. We rise together.
  • Prime location in Rashidiya 3, easy to reach and surrounded by the very properties you’ll be selling.
  • Flexible growth paths—whether you want to specialise in luxury villas, off-plan projects, or commercial leasing, we’ll help you carve your niche.
  • Access to an established client database so you’re not starting from zero on day one.

In short, this is a place where hard work gets noticed, skills get built, and careers actually take shape. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and grow with a team that’s got your back, we’d love to meet you. The market’s buzzing—are you ready to be part of it?

Common Interview Questions and Tips

To help you prepare and feel confident, here are some questions you might encounter during the interview process for this role.

  • Walk me through how you’d approach your first 30 days here, knowing you have access to an established client database but no direct real estate background—what’s your game plan for turning those leads into conversations?
  • Imagine you’re showing a villa to a family who seems interested, but at the last minute they mention they’ve been comparing prices with another agency. How do you handle that in the moment without discounting yourself?
  • Tell me about a time you had to convince someone who was on the fence—maybe a friend, a customer, or a colleague—to commit to something they were hesitant about. What did you say or do that made the difference?
  • The role involves juggling prospecting, leasing, marketing, and follow-ups all in the same day. How do you personally stay organized and make sure nothing slips through the cracks when you’re managing your own schedule?
  • What’s your understanding of the Ajman property market right now—what do you think is driving demand for rentals or off-plan projects, and where would you start looking to learn more if you’re not familiar yet?
  • Suppose an investor from abroad reaches out interested in a project, but they’re clearly nervous about buying sight unseen. How would you build trust with them over the phone or WhatsApp before they ever set foot in the UAE?
  • Describe a time you faced rejection or a string of “no’s” in a sales or goal-oriented context. How did you keep your motivation up, and what did you learn from that stretch?
  • We’re a team that prides itself on mentorship and transparency. Can you share an example of when you actively helped someone else succeed, even if it didn’t directly benefit you?
  • How comfortable are you with creating content—whether it’s a quick Instagram reel of a property or writing up a listing description? Do you have any experience making properties look appealing online, and what’s your approach if you

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

For a junior or entry-level real estate agent role in Ajman, you should expect a base salary of around 2,500 to 4,000 AED per month, with the real earning potential coming from commissions. Similar roles in the UAE usually offer a modest guaranteed base paired with an attractive commission structure, so aim for a package where the split or commission percentage is clearly defined and competitive—this is where your income can realistically grow to 8,000–15,000 AED monthly once you’ve built your pipeline. Since you have your own car and the company is providing mentorship and leads, don’t undervalue the training support, but do push for a fair base that covers your basics while you ramp up.
