About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Step Into Dubai’s Real Estate Market — Right on Sheikh Zayed Road
Ever looked at Dubai’s skyline and thought, “I want a piece of that action”? Well, here’s your chance. We’re a leading real estate brokerage headquartered in API World Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road — literally a few steps from the World Trade Centre Metro Station — and we’re expanding our sales team. This isn’t a role you need a decade of experience for; it’s a genuine entry point into one of the world’s most dynamic property markets. If you’ve got drive and you’re ready to learn, we’ll teach you the rest. And yes, hiring is handled directly by us — no middlemen, no agency runaround.
About the Company
We’ve built our reputation by doing right by people — clients and teammates alike. Walk into our office and you’ll notice it doesn’t feel like a stiff corporate floor; it feels like a team that actually enjoys the daily grind. We’re established enough to have serious market pull, but still nimble enough that your ideas don’t disappear into a committee. Friday morning pipeline reviews are a thing here, but so is celebrating a teammate’s first closing with the kind of enthusiasm you’d expect from people who genuinely root for each other.
Our location says a lot about us, too. Being right on Sheikh Zayed Road means our team is plugged into the city’s commercial heartbeat — and with the Metro at our doorstep, getting to work is one less thing to worry about.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Getting to know Dubai’s neighborhoods — from the Marina to Mirdif — so you can speak about them like a local, not a brochure.
- Reaching out to potential buyers and tenants, mostly over calls and WhatsApp, and setting up viewings that actually go somewhere.
- Showing properties with confidence (we’ll train you on how to handle the tricky questions).
- Negotiating deals alongside senior agents until you’re ready to run your own.
- Keeping our CRM updated so nothing slips through the cracks — this part matters more than you’d think.
- Learning the paperwork side of Dubai real estate: contracts, permits, and the details that protect everyone involved.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- A genuine willingness to learn — we’re serious about training beginners.
- Comfortable communicating in English; Arabic, Russian, or Hindi is a real plus given our client base.
- Residency in the UAE, since we’re hiring directly from within the country.
- A mindset that treats rejection as feedback, not failure. Real estate has ups and downs — resilience wins here.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Any customer-facing experience, even if it’s not property-related (retail, hospitality, call centers — it all counts).
- Basic familiarity with Dubai’s communities. If you don’t have it yet, we’ll help you build it.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you. Some of our best agents started with zero background in sales.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Two ways to earn: Choose a salary plus commission structure for stability, or go commission-only if you’re confident and want uncapped upside.
- Direct hire, no agency games. You’re talking to us, not a recruiter who disappears after the interview.
- Training that’s actually useful — shadowing senior agents, real deal walkthroughs, and honest feedback.
- Prime location perks: The Metro is a two-minute walk. Your commute just got easier.
- Growth path that’s real. Start as a junior, and if you put in the work, you’ll be running your own portfolio before you know it.
- Team culture that celebrates wins — big or small.
Bottom line: if you’ve been curious about real estate but didn’t know where to start, this is about as good an on-ramp as you’ll find in Dubai. Bring the effort; we’ll bring the rest.
Common Interview Questions and Tips
To help you prepare and feel confident, here are some questions you might encounter during the interview process for this role.
- Walk me through how you'd get to know a neighborhood like Mirdif well enough to sell it to a client who's never set foot in Dubai.
- A lead goes cold after two WhatsApp messages. What's your next move, and how do you decide when to stop chasing?
- How would you explain the difference between a studio in JLT and a one-bedroom in the Marina to a first-time buyer on a tight budget?
- Tell me about a time you had to learn something completely new under pressure. How did you go about it?
- What would you say if a client asked you a question about a property's paperwork that you didn't know the answer to?
- Our team relies heavily on the CRM to keep deals from slipping. How do you stay organized when you're juggling a dozen conversations at once?
- Describe a time you faced repeated rejection — whether in sales, retail, hospitality, or anywhere else — and kept going anyway.
- Why real estate, and why now? What made you decide this is the industry you want to build a career in?
- Imagine a client is ready to sign but keeps pushing for a lower price at the last minute. How would you handle that conversation?
- Give me an example of a moment when a teammate succeeded and you genuinely celebrated it with them. What did that look like?
- You'll be making a lot of cold calls and WhatsApp outreach. How do you keep your energy and attitude up on a slow day?
- Tell me about a time you had to communicate with someone whose first language wasn't yours. How did you make sure you were understood?
- What does "treating rejection as feedback" actually mean to you in practice? Can you share a specific example?
- Where do you see yourself in two years if you join us — and what would you need from us to get there?
