We're building out our team at Deira City Centre and we're hiring across five roles — Sales Supervisors, Merchandisers, Sales Promoters, Sales Assistants, and Sales cum Cashiers. Whether you've been in retail for years or you're just stepping into your first job, there's a spot here for you. And yes — we mean it when we say freshers are welcome.

We're a growing retail operation with a presence in one of Dubai's most iconic shopping destinations. Deira City Centre isn't just a mall — it's a landmark, and the foot traffic speaks for itself. Our team is a mix of nationalities, backgrounds, and experience levels, and honestly, that's what makes the floor work. Some of our best supervisors started as sales assistants two years ago. We promote from within, we train on the job, and we don't believe in leaving people stuck in the same role forever.
The pace here is fast. Weekends are busy, sale seasons are busier, and there's always something happening. But the team looks out for each other, and the commission structure means your effort shows up in your paycheck — not just in a monthly report nobody reads.
What You'll Be Doing
Depending on which role you step into, your day-to-day will look a little different — but the core is the same: keeping customers happy and the store running smoothly.
- Greet customers as they walk in and help them find what they're looking for (or figure out what they didn't know they needed)
- Drive sales by understanding the products, suggesting alternatives, and closing the deal with confidence
- Keep shelves stocked and looking sharp — merchandisers, this is your zone
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately if you're in the Sales cum Cashier role
- Support the team during peak hours, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
- Track stock levels and flag anything running low before it becomes a problem
- Maintain a clean, organized section that customers actually want to browse
- Hit individual and team targets — and celebrate when you do
What You'll Bring

Must-Haves:
- You're currently inside the UAE (this is non-negotiable — we can't process overseas applications)
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic communication skills in English (other languages are a big plus)
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior retail or customer service experience
- Cash handling experience for the cashier role
- Any additional language — Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog, Russian, whatever you speak
