What You’ll Be Doing
- Building relationships with property owners, tenants, and buyers — acting as a reliable partner throughout their journey
- Conducting property viewings and showcasing listings in their best light
- Using real estate marketing platforms (online and offline) to promote properties and identify potential leads
- Negotiating lease agreements and sales contracts with professionalism and integrity
- Coordinating paperwork and assisting clients with registration processes
- Staying up-to-date with local Ajman market trends (we love a good conversation about what's hot in property right now)
- Maintaining high standards of punctuality and personal appearance, representing the company with pride
What You’ll Bring
