What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building relationships with property owners, tenants, and buyers — acting as a reliable partner throughout their journey
  • Conducting property viewings and showcasing listings in their best light
  • Using real estate marketing platforms (online and offline) to promote properties and identify potential leads
  • Negotiating lease agreements and sales contracts with professionalism and integrity
  • Coordinating paperwork and assisting clients with registration processes
  • Staying up-to-date with local Ajman market trends (we love a good conversation about what's hot in property right now)
  • Maintaining high standards of punctuality and personal appearance, representing the company with pride
