About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Are you the kind of person who gets a thrill out of closing a great deal, or maybe just loves the excitement of the property market? Imagine having the freedom to grow your income as much as your ambition allows. As a Real Estate Sales Executive (Commission Only) based in Sharjah, you won’t be boxed in by a fixed salary — your success is truly in your hands. If you’re ready for an environment where your drive determines your rewards, you might just feel right at home with us.
About the Company
We're a dynamic, fast-growing real estate company rooted in Sharjah but open to the world. Our team mixes seasoned agents with newcomers who bring fresh perspectives, and we believe good humor and integrity are as important as hard work. Here, collaboration isn’t just a buzzword — we regularly celebrate each other's wins (often over shawarma or karak). Every member brings something unique, and your growth is celebrated as the team’s success.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Scout and promote a variety of residential and commercial properties for sale or rent, tailoring your pitch for each client’s needs.
- Build and nurture relationships with new prospects, existing clients, and local property owners.
- Guide clients through the buying, selling, or renting process from first handshake to signed contract.
- Attend property viewings and open houses — sometimes at short notice, because great opportunities don’t wait!
- Prepare accurate and compelling property listings, partnering with our marketing team for that extra sparkle.
- Stay on top of property market trends in Sharjah so your advice is always informed and up-to-date.
- Negotiate deals with a cool head while looking out for the best interests of your clients (and yourself).
What You’ll Bring
- Proven passion for sales — real estate experience is a plus, but a go-getter attitude matters most.
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a major bonus.
- Confidence with digital tools and CRM systems, or the willingness to learn.
- Local knowledge of Sharjah’s property landscape is helpful, but curiosity and resourcefulness go a long way.
- Self-motivation: this role is for people who get up in the morning thinking about who they’ll connect with next.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Uncapped commission starting at a generous 50% — the more you close, the more you take home.
- Flexible working hours and autonomy to plan your own day.
- Access to regular training, property leads, and industry mentoring.
- Supportive team culture — we celebrate milestones (big and small) together.
- No unnecessary bureaucracy, just a direct path to earning and growing.
- Office conveniently located in Sharjah, with local leads pouring in.
We believe sales talent flourishes in the right environment — you’ll find mentorship, friendly competition, and the kind of growth that only comes when you’re trusted to take the wheel. If you’re hungry to prove yourself in real estate, this is exactly the place to do it.
