About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Ever walked past a stunning waterfront property and thought, “I could sell that”? If you’ve got the gift of gab and a knack for closing deals, Al Sharq Real Estate wants to hear from you. We’re on the hunt for dynamic sales and leasing professionals to join our fast-growing team right on the Ajman Corniche. This isn’t just another brokerage job—it’s a chance to plant your flag in one of the UAE’s most rapidly developing property markets, where the demand for both residential and commercial space is absolutely booming right now.
About the Company
We’re not a faceless corporate machine. Al Sharq Real Estate is a tight-knit, ambitious team with a reputation for getting things done. Headquartered right on the beautiful Ajman Corniche, we’ve built our name on trust, local expertise, and a genuine passion for matching people with their perfect space. Our office buzzes with energy—there’s always a phone call happening, a deal being structured, or a celebratory coffee after a successful handover. We believe in working hard, but we also look out for each other. When you join us, you’re not just another agent; you’re part of the family that’s shaping Ajman’s skyline.
What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)
Your day will be a mix of hustle, strategy, and relationship-building. Here’s a taste of what’s on your plate:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively hunting for new business through your own networks, cold calling, and following up on inbound leads from our marketing channels.
- Client Showings: Conducting property viewings with a polished, professional approach—you’ll be the face of Al Sharq, so presentation matters.
- Negotiation & Closing: Managing the full sales or leasing cycle from initial offer to signed contract. You’ll be the calm, persuasive voice that gets both sides to a “yes.”
- Market Research: Keeping your finger on the pulse of Ajman’s property trends. What are the hot new developments? What are competitive rents? You’ll know it all.
- Listing Management: Using our CRM and marketing platforms to keep property listings fresh, accurate, and visually appealing to potential clients.
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
We’re looking for someone who’s sharp, presentable, and genuinely enjoys talking to people. Here’s what we need to see:
Must-Haves:
- Outstanding communication and persuasion skills—you know how to read a room and adapt your pitch.
- Solid computer literacy, especially with property listing portals like Property Finder or Bayut.
- A well-groomed, professional appearance and a punctual, reliable attitude.
- Self-motivation. We’re here to support you, but you’ll be driving your own success.
Nice-to-Haves:
- A valid UAE driver’s license (it’s a game-changer for showings).
- Previous experience in real estate, though we’re happy to train the right raw talent.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here (Benefits & Perks)
- Competitive Commissions: We offer some of the best commission splits in Ajman. Your hard work directly translates to your paycheck.
- Prime Location: You’ll be working out of a professional office on the Corniche—it’s a great spot to host clients and impress them from the get-go.
- Career Development: We don’t just hire salespeople; we grow future leaders. You’ll get on-the-job training and mentorship to sharpen your craft.
- Supportive Culture: No toxic competition here. We celebrate wins together and help each other through the tough negotiations.
At the end of the day, we want you to wake up excited to work. If you’re ready to build a serious career in real estate with a team that’s got your back, this is the place to be.
