What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet every visitor with a genuine smile, making sure they feel at home from the moment they walk in
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries, keeping communication smooth and professional
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately at the reception/cashier desk — no detail is too small
- Maintain tidy front desk operations— from organizing documents to managing appointments
- Coordinate with other departments for guest needs or logistical support (yes, you’re a bit of a hub!)
- Assist with daily end-of-day cash reports and reconcile receipts with transactions
- Pitch in with basic admin tasks and keep common areas looking their best
