What You’ll Be Doing
- Warmly welcome clients and visitors at our reception — your smile is the first impression they’ll remember.
- Handle phone calls and emails promptly, routing inquiries to the right team members or resolving them yourself with friendly efficiency.
- Assist with scheduling viewings, appointments, and meetings—juggling calendars is second nature to you.
- Maintain a tidy, organized reception area, making sure everything from brochures to coffee cups is in its place.
- Support the property management team with basic admin tasks like filing, scanning, and document preparation.
- Help resolve tenant and client requests, whether it’s a maintenance issue or a billing question—no problem is too small.
- Keep records updated in our systems, ensuring accuracy and privacy at all times.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Currently residing in Abu Dhabi, UAE (proximity to Airport Road/Al Manhal is a plus!)
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role
- Comfortable communicating in English (Arabic is a big plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional, friendly demeanor—people find it easy to talk to you
- Ability to join immediately is highly preferred
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with property management or real estate offices
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, calendars)
- Experience handling multi-line phones and busy reception areas
